Often after a loss, the first holiday season can bring on a great deal of stress, anxiety, depression, anger, and sadness. To help those who are facing their first holiday as a loss survivor, Community Grief Support (CGS) is hosting three FREE “Hope for the Holidays” community workshops throughout Birmingham on Saturdays in November.

If you or someone you know is grieving from the loss of a loved one and is facing this 2023 holiday season, please join us at this helpful, informative, and encouraging community event.
