Volunteer Bereavement Training ~

Volunteers are so important to our program. In fact, Exit Evaluations say that next to sharing their own stories, group members feel that our “Volunteers made the most significant contribution to their experience.”

This is a training session – not a commitment to serve! As a prospective volunteer, you need an opportunity to find out what’s involved so you can decide whether volunteering is for you. This will a be fun, interactive day where you can learn skills you can use in all of your relationships. And, if you are looking for a way to give back, this is a wonderfully satisfying way to help others.

We think YOU would make a great volunteer! If you would like the chance to learn what CGS volunteering is all about – call 870-8667 and we’ll send you detailed information.

Our next volunteer training is scheduled for Saturday, September 24, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., with continental breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. and lunch at 12 p.m. The address is 850 Oxmoor Rd, Birmingham, AL 35209.

Registration will be required — call 205-870-8667
